Hi, I'm Meg

Growing up immersed in the equestrian world naturally shaped my path into counselling and coaching. The discipline, patience, and presence required in riding carried into my professional focus on mindset and development.

My passion for growth mindset training began when I recognized the power of positive, intentional language in helping individuals succeed—academically, professionally, and personally.

Working with athletes and neurodiverse clients are very rewarding parts of my practice. Using solution-focused and brief counselling approaches, I guide clients to better understand where they are and how to move toward where they want to be. It’s incredibly fulfilling to witness those moments of clarity and empowerment.

Balancing family life and professional commitments is a constant effort, but one I approach with deep gratitude. I’m fortunate to live and work in a way that allows me to apply the principles I teach—creating calm, focus, and harmony at home and in the lives of those I work with.
