Sunshine, Saddles & Smiles: Summer Camp at Sunnyridge Equestrian

Summer at the farm is one of the most magical times of the year—and this year’s Sunnyridge Equestrian Summer Camp is already full of fresh air, laughter, and horse-filled adventures!

From the moment our campers arrive in the morning, there’s a sense of possibility in the air. Greeted by our friendly team, gentle horses, and the sounds of the barn coming to life, riders step into a world that encourages curiosity, connection, and confidence.

🐎 Daily Riding Lessons & Skill Building

Each day includes structured riding lessons with certified coaches and experienced assistants. Riders of all levels are welcomed—whether they’re first-timers or have years in the saddle.

Throughout the week, campers work on:

• Grooming and tacking up independently

• Balance and control at the walk and trot

• Building confidence through mounted games and activities

• Leadership, responsibility, and teamwork around the horses

We focus on progress over perfection, and encourage riders to celebrate every small success.

🐰 Barnyard Friends & Farm Life

Beyond riding, campers enjoy hands-on time with bunnies, chickens, and helping with daily barn chores. These simple moments—like collecting eggs or brushing a pony—foster care, patience, and pride in their contributions.

🌿 Nature, Creativity & Connection

Campers spend plenty of time outdoors—exploring trails, making nature-inspired crafts, and playing old-fashioned games with new friends.
